The Committee on Fighting Organized Crime and Corruption upholds the Bill on Amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine (re Prevention of Corruptive Actions and Bribery in the Field of Land Relations)

The Bill (Reg. No. 2517) excludes the regulation concerning a possibility of free transfer of land plots out of the land in public or municipal ownership into the ownership of natural persons and legal entities within the scope of free privatization from the Land Code of Ukraine.

The Bill also simplifies current procedure of free privatization o land plots by the citizens.
